Due to the incoming executive order, issued by president Trump, and the confusion it has caused Postal services around the world, Japan Post (like others)  is temporarily suspending shipping to the USA until they can clarify the situation.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. 

Customers who selected a Japan Post shipping method such as EMS or Registered Small packet, will be offered the choice to have the parcel shipped by DHL (at customer expense of any difference) or the parcel held until temporary suspension is lifted.
