Shipping is available worldwide.
We offer several shipping methods; "EMS", "Registered Small Packet", and "DHL Worldwide Express". "EMS", "Registered Small Packet" and "DHL" all need to be signed for.
Express Mail Service is fast and extremely reliable. For dogi it is actually cheaper than regular airmail parcel post for most regions (though more expensive than e-packet).
The shipping typically takes 3-5 days for most regions and is fully traceable and insured. Shipping to P.O boxes is unavailable to some Asian, African and south American countries so please check before ordering. Tracking is usually also available through your country's postal service website too.
Whilst available to most regions, unfortunately there are some countries where EMS is not available. If this is the case, then DHL may be available.
The shipping charge includes a small packaging and handling charges. All dogi and belts will be packed in rain resistant packaging.
Please note that compensation is limited and if you would like the goods to be covered to the full value and full compensation, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of extra insurance for you.

ABOUT Registered Small Packet
Registered Small Packet is a more economical small packet airmail service from Japan post. This is a registered service and can be used for products under 2kg in weight. This service typically takes between 7-21 days depending on the region.
While this service has some insurance, the value very limited and may not cover the total cost of your goods.
The shipping charge includes a small packaging and handling charges. All dogi and belts will be packed in rain resistant packaging
Please note: Whilst we will send you the tracking number of the parcel, tracking is available whilst the item is in Japan but only traceable in some countries once it leaves Japan. This is because for registered mail, other countries are not obliged to update regularly.
Also note: Local delivery services are expected to leave a delivery note should you not be in, however in reality, this does not always happen. Tracking details are sent to assist you with keeping an eye on your parcel. If you fail to receive or collect the parcel and it is sent back to us, then you will be responsible for the re-shipment charges back to you.
DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS
Kuroobiya has teamed up with DHL to offer their vast worldwide network to safely and speedily deliver your goods around the world. Their prices can even beat EMS for shipments up to 5kg.
You will receive tracking details and updates directly from DHL and can follow your goods step by step on their informative tracking system, even getting a delivery estimate and guaranteed delivery by end of day.
We hope that this extra option provides even further conveinience for our customers.
Shipping by DHL express world wide has only limited compensation. If you would like the goods to be covered to the full value and full compensation, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of extra insurance for you.
Please note that DHL prices are variable and quoted at time of purchase, not time of shipping. In Emergency situations, shipping costs or fuel surcharges may increase at the time of shipping and we will need to contact you about the difference and ask you to pay.
Also, as DHL calculates cost by volume as well as weight, and our system can only calculate by weight, there are cases where for bulky items, the actual cost of shipping will be more than is charged by our system. We will need to contact you about the difference in such cases.

You will be responsible for any duties and taxes in your country. This will vary by country or region and it is up to you to check your local conditions.

Customs checks in some countries can cause delays in delivery time. We, Japan Post and DHL have no control over this. We cannot display items as gifts.
We cannot be held responsible for shipping as it is not in our control. We will do everything in our power to assist in the case of delayed delivery or in the extremely rare cases of missing, damaged or lost packages and making any claims for lost items, when insurance or compensation is available.
We cannot however directly replace items or issue a refund, unless the claimed compensation covers the full cost of the goods and you decide to use those funds to reorder.
