Shipping & Returns


Shipping is available to most regions.

We are now able to offer two shipping methods;"EMS" and "e-Packet" . Both are registered and need to be signed for.


Express Mail Service is very fast and extremely reliable. For dogi it is actually cheaper than regular airmail parcel post for most regions.

The shipping typically takes 3-5 days for most regions and is fully traceable. Shipping to P.O boxes is unavailable to some Asian, African and south American countries so please check before ordering.

Whilst available to most regions, unfortunately there are some countries where EMS is not available. If this is the case, then e-Packet may be available. If you live in a developing country, please contact us if your country does not show up when selecting for shipping.

The shipping charge includes a small packaging and handling charges. All dogi and belts will be packed in rain resistant packaging.


e-Packet is a new, more economical small packet airmail service from Japan post. This is a registered service and can be used for products under 2kg in weight. This service typically takes between 7-21 days depending on the region.

While this service has some insurance, the value is up to a maximum of 6000 JPY, which may not cover the total cost of your goods.

The shipping charge includes a small packaging and handling charges. All dogi and belts will be packed in rain resistant packaging.

Please note: Whilst we will send you the registration number of the product, tracking is available whilst the item is in Japan but only traceable in some countries once it leaves Japan.

Also note: Local delivery services are expected to leave a delivery note should you not be in, however in reality, this does not always happen. Tracking details are sent to assist you with keeping an eye on your parcel. If you fail to receive or collect the parcel and it is sent back to us, then you will be responsible for the re-shipment charges back to you.


You will be fully responsible for payment of any duties or taxes upon importation into your country. By International law we must state the contents and value on a customs form. If you are charged, or how much you are charged seems to be based on each local office. Generally, single personalized items seem to be treated more favorably.(i.e not tax charged). Customs checks in some countries can cause delays in delivery time. We or Japan Post have no control over this.




  • Returns can only be accepted  in the following  circumstances:
  • To change the size of an unaltered, unpersonalized item (you will be responsibe for all shipping charges).
  • An error has been made on our part or by the manufacturer on a personalized item.
  • There is something wrong with the quality or manufacture of the item.

all manufacturers are very strict about this.
