worst browser, so confusing .I confirmed the gold label with Hamid and I asked him before to place my order , he said all of them coming with the gold JKA , I received mine without , what happened !!! waiting 3 months for the wrong expenseive order , OMG!!!! where is my JKA gold label ?

I confirmed in my reply that this belt indeed "came with the gold JKA label, not the red one".
You then ordered the belt but chose the standard Hirota label, not the JKA label option, so our staff processed your order as you had ordered it. (You did not even get the embroidery for the JKA on your belt for us to ask if you wanted the JKA label instead).

Unfortunately, our staff are not clairvoyant, so they could not guess what you meant to get instead of what you actually ordered. Regrettably, we could not accommodate your demands in this case.
