The level of customer service is absolutely the best. Everything was handled promptly and professionally.

I ordered two gi's and two belts in peak season. They arrived just in time for a black belt test.

Hamid assisted me every step of the way in choosing and in the process of embroidery on the chest of the gi's and fully tailoring a pair of pants. He gave me a lot of insight and helped me in getting the measurements right.

As far as the products, Tokyodo SP-1000 and Tokyodo Samurai with two Tokyodo New Type Satin belts, they are phenomenal. Much better than my Tokaido Otowa which I also purchased through Kuroobiya.
