In 24 years in the martial arts, I have never seen anything that even comes close to the customer service provided by Kuroobiya. My representative, Hamid, worked tirelessly to respond to my picky requests and last minute changes -- and he did it gracefully and precisely. Responses to emails came virtually immediately; I was never kept waiting or wondering. When it comes to expensive embroidered products, especially belts that I plan on treasuring for years to come, I am a difficult customer. I want everything to be exactly right. And, as the chief developer of customer service training for a national company, when I am someone else's customer I expect to be treated like my customers are treated: with understanding, skill, and excellence. I am usually disappointed, and the most disappointing service of all usually comes from martial arts suppliers. Despite paying top dollar for top quality, I would have gladly paid more due to the service I received.
