Sensei Hamid is genuinely what one would expect the greatest customer service and sales representative to be. Before my order was placed Sensei Hamid double checked to see if the Tokaido uniform measurements and size were correct. I noticed that I had entered the wrong size. Out of luck and curiosity Sensei Hamid asked about the spelling of Katakana on the Tokaido dogi and belt. Without realizing it I had forgot a character in my last name. Sensei Hamid was able to change it before it shipped and today after a shorter time than I expected, I received my brand new Tokaido dogi and belt just like I imagined. I have never owned something so beautiful. Now at my black belt test I will not only be physically and mentally ready but I will feel ready for the next step in my lifelong journey.
